Terms of Service.

Asklepi provides digital tools for health education, personal health organisation, tracking, reminders and AI-assisted information. Features may include medication and symptom tracking, reproductive-health tracking, wellbeing check-ins, connected-device data, lab-document organisation and conversational AI.

Unless a feature expressly says otherwise and is delivered by an identified licensed professional, Asklepi does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or professional medical advice. Do not start, stop or change medication based solely on the Service.

You must be at least [AGE TO CONFIRM BY MARKET], have legal capacity to enter this agreement and be legally permitted to use the Service. The Service is initially intended for users in [SUPPORTED COUNTRIES].

Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your authentication credentials and device, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You may not share an individual account or impersonate another person. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You must not use the Service unlawfully or to harm another person; rely on it as an emergency response or life-support system; upload information you do not have the right to use; access another user’s account; introduce malware or bypass controls; scrape or bulk-extract content; reverse engineer except where law permits; use output to build a competing model; present AI content as verified medical advice; or infringe others’ rights.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service or legal compliance.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including messages, health records and documents. You give Asklepi a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We will not use identifiable health content to train a general-purpose AI model without separate transparency, a valid legal basis and any consent required by law.

The Service may produce content using probabilistic AI systems. Similar prompts may produce different outputs, and output may not be unique. Independently assess output before relying on or sharing it. Medical and other professional decisions must be made with an appropriately qualified professional.

The Service may connect with app stores, authentication providers, wearable platforms, payment providers, websites or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Asklepi is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject to responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before purchase, we will show the price, billing period, included features and trial conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically only where clearly disclosed and permitted by law. You can cancel through the purchasing app store or the method shown in your account. Refunds, withdrawal rights and statutory consumer remedies depend on where and how you purchase.

The Service, excluding your content, is owned by Asklepi or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. “Asklepi”, associated names, logos and branding may not be used without written permission.

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as we improve safety, comply with law or develop the product. We may suspend features temporarily for maintenance, security or events beyond our reasonable control.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time using account controls or by contacting support@asklepi.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a safety or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees or if required by law. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law. Subject to non-excludable rights, the Service and its content are provided “as available”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a particular health outcome or suitability for a specific medical purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or breach of mandatory data-protection obligations.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or in a professional capacity, you agree—only to the extent permitted by law—to indemnify Asklepi against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the Service or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO CONFIRM], without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact legal@asklepi.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers may also use any competent consumer arbitration committee, court or alternative-dispute process available under mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security or business operations. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and close your account before the change takes effect.

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms form the agreement between you and Asklepi concerning the Service.
